Once you are registered on our platform, click on your user icon at the top right of the screen. From there you can access My Simplr, where you can view the status of your subscriptions, as well as request changes or cancel them.

You can turn every subscription on and off at will. Just access My Simplr and configure your active and inactive subscriptions as you see fit. It is as simple as flipping a switch.

What is the carbon footprint generated by electronic products?

The carbon footprint is used as a sustainability indicator through which we can quantify, evaluate and track the impact that organizations or individuals have on the environment and their contribution to climate change.

Through this indicator, we measure the amount of greenhouse gas emissions (carbon dioxide, methane, nitrogen oxides, CFCs and ozone) that are produced and released into the atmosphere during the manufacturing process of different electronic products.

How do we offset our carbon footprint?

All the products that we offer in our marketplace through the subscription model are assigned the amount of CO2 emissions that corresponds to them per month, according to the total amount derived from their production. The total amount of CO2 emissions is calculated for each product, according to the months that the product has been used through the subscription with Simplr. To offset the carbon footprint, we will purchase the related amount of carbon credits through one of our certified sustainability partners and at the end of each month the user will receive a certificate corresponding to the compensation made for the product.

Computer renting means you will choose the device you are most interested in, paying a small monthly fee for the time you use them. That is, you rent instead of buying and only pay for the time you use them.

Yes, computer renting includes insurance that covers manufacturing defects, as well as incidents that may arise due to failures of the device itself.
