How can I manage the products I acquire?

Register or log in using your company email. Once in your account, select "My Simplr" at the top right corner of the screen, and you're all set! You can now add employees and assets, assign them, and check the orders you have in progress.

Can I cancel an active rental?

You can request the cancellation of a rental product as long as the minimum commitment period has expired. To check the commitment period of the products you rent from Simplr and, if you wish, to return them, simply log in to your account and then select My Simplr.

What are the benefits of mobility renting services?

The renting gives you the opportunity to enjoy means of transport for a limited time, fit for your needs, for a reduced price payable in monthly installments and avoiding the large payment of a purchase. In addition, you will have insurance, maintenance and roadside assistance included.

Where will the vehicle be shipped?

This will depend on the vehicle and where you are currently located. At the moment there may be options for (free) curbside pick-up, dealer pick-up or home delivery. Once you have made your request, our specialists will be able to give you more details over the phone.

Question 5

How does it work to rent a motorcycle?

Search through our motorcycle catalog, select your length of stay and estimated mileage and make your request. Once received, we will contact you to resolve any doubts and close the details of your contract. If all goes well, in a few days you will be enjoying your new motorcycle.

Are shipping costs included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but only for commitment periods longer than 6 months. If the commitment period is equal to or less than 6 months, shipping costs will range from €100 to €380, depending on the location. However, you can pick up your bike at one of the available branches, if you prefer.
