To offset the carbon footprint, we invest in various sustainability projects that you can review when downloading the CO2 Neutral certificate, which confirms the offset of the carbon emitted during the product's manufacturing.

How can I manage the products I acquire?

Register or log in using your company email. Once in your account, select "My Simplr" at the top right corner of the screen, and you're all set! You can now add employees and assets, assign them, and check the orders you have in progress.

Can I cancel an active rental?

You can request the cancellation of a rental product as long as the minimum commitment period has expired. To check the commitment period of the products you rent from Simplr and, if you wish, to return them, simply log in to your account and then select My Simplr.

Yes, you are free to change your mobile phone. You only have to modify or cancel your contract with the current device. However, the previous contract will remain active until the end of the chosen billing period, which is your minimum commitment period.

Yes, mobile phone renting includes insurance that covers screen breakage and water damage, as well as maintenance. The rest of the damages are to be paid by the user.
